Don't be a Copycat
Peer pressure is able to effect
an entire generation because people have grown up feeling badly about who they
are. They feel they are not "good enough," so they walk around trying
to do good and look like everyone else and do whatever they do, so they can feel
better about themselves. This way they fit in and are good enough to join the
“in-crowd.” But, being a copycat does not cause you to be yourself or to
have self-esteem, self-worth because it is not who you really are, but whatever
the peer pressure is at that moment. Peer pressure is always changing, going
along with the newest fads (or styles) of the world. Usually, peer pressure
comes from Hollywood, TV, Music, or other fads going on in the world. This is
the most hurtful thing a person can do. You are losing your self image. Losing
your vision of what God says you are! That vision of always trying to do
something so people will like you, can destroy a person's life. They dream they
are winning and think they are living the life they want. Yet, in all reality
they are losing all that they can really be; only to become a robot, a people
follower, a copycat, and never be an original. God creates originals not
copycats. God clearly tells us in His Word that He knows the plans He has for
our lives. They are plans of victory, of being someone special, or winning, of
reaching all of our goals. God created all of us different. It would be an awful
world if we all looked the same, dressed the same, drove the same kind of a car,
and lived in the same kind of a house with the same colors inside and out. And
if we all had the same kind of a dog or cat and all ate the same food. Where
would our choice be? If God wanted
us all to be the same, He would have created us all the same way, caused us all
to like the same things and want the same things in life. He would have created
this world in black and white instead of putting all of these nice colors in
their own special place.
Now as for the originals God has created in His likeness and image, they become all God desires for them to be. They are the head under God over their own lives, they are happier, filled with more joy, more creativity, live in the house they want, painted the colors they want and have the dog or cat they choose. They work where they want, live the life they want and are not moved by the copycats. As a matter of fact, the copycats try to copy them because they are not in control of their own lives. Some else is! God has a perfect plan for your life, so why be like every one else when you can be like Jesus? Yet, free to do the things you personally like and wear the colors you want, drive the car you want and eat the things you like. If God is for you, who can be against you? Don't let the peer pressures change you, you change then!

Scripture for the week: Psalm 139:14
"I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well."
Grab Your Promises
There are many promises in the Bible and we need to make as many as we can our own. A promise is something given to us personally and something that that person will always keep. Here we are talking about God's promises and we know that God never lies, therefore He always keep His promises to us. Knowing this, we can be sure He will do what He said He would do. Two wonderful promises that have helped me more than ever during this, the Last Days. "The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden. like a spring whose waters never fail" (Isa. 58:11 NIV). And, "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. The Living Translation says, They are plans for good and not for disaster". And the Message Bible says, "I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out; plans to take care of you, not abandon you. plans to give you the future you hope for" (Jeremiah 29:11). God has promised us in His Word, that He has great plans for each one of us. He has everything planned out, and He desires to take care of us. Having God's promise to always be there and take care of us is comforting to know and it causes us to feel safe and know we are protected by God Himself. The problem however, is that as humans, we desire to make our own plans rather than let God make them for us. God is standing by, ready and willing to direct our lives, but we must give Him permission to do that. How grieved our Heavenly Father must be sometimes when we are going down the wrong path, and He so desires to get us back on the right one. God's plan is like a slow-cooker rather then a microwave. The path that He desires for us may seem like the long way around. But that path molds us, softens us, and makes us what He desires us to be. If I place a roast in the microwave, let it quickly cook the meat is usually tough and hard to chew. However, if I place it in a slow-cooker and leave it in there most of the day, the results will be a flavorful, tender piece of meat. That's how it is with our lives. God takes us down a path that will cause us to be much more tender and flavorful; if only we will follow His plans than try to take a short-cut. When we see this and understand it, we quickly see that God's plans and promises for us, are for our good, for the best, and He never adds bad in it. The devil might, but God will only turn back around and make good out of it. Then we surrendered to His will, His plans and we walk in the promises He has for us. It makes our life so much more wonderful than our own plans which come without the promises of God.

Doubt Brings Excises
Doubt is a enemy of yours! So when you doubt yourself and feel
badly about yourself, the first and usual reaction is to find excuses for
yourself or to blame someone else. It is always easy to blame someone else. You
have to come up with rationalizations for why you do not do good in school or
the jobs you are given, or have self-confidence or a lead a disciplined life, Or
pray daily, or read your Bible more, or witness for the Lord or ever win one
soul to Jesus. The more time you spend excusing yourself, the harder you get.
That is why people can sit in churches for fifteen or twenty years where other
people are reading the Bible, praying, praising the Lord and praying in tongues,
and still remain spiritually dead while the others a running full speed in
victory and blessings. Believe in who you are, and you will be surprised how
rich, full and excited life will become. Do not make excuses and become a
hardened Christian so that you are old at twenty instead of fired up at seventy
and out running others in the Lord. You have to have enough confidence in
yourself to say and mean it, "Glory to God, I am starting to learn some
things. I am ready to live and be like God says I can." You have to be
determined to reach toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God
(Phil. 3:14). You have to have a high self-esteem to reach out for the very best
in life and get it because God told you it was yours. Have you ever thought
about. God's View of You? The first step to achieving true self-esteem, not in
the flesh but in the spirit, is to find out how God really sees you. Look at the
first chapter of Genesis: "And God said, let Us make man in Our image,
after Our likeness; and let them have dominion over fish of the sea, and over
the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every
creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in His Own
image, in the image of God created He him, male and female created He them"
(Gen. 1:26-27). When we are born again, God crowns us with glory and honor
through the redemption of Jesus. Real Christians, those who are truly born again
and followers of Jesus, are worthy. Not in ourselves, but in the righteousness
of Jesus. Believing in oneself s a God-given quality from Christians. All human
beings have an innate need to be appreciated, to be felt of some value. This
need was placed in mankind by God and can only be truly satisfied through Him,
through becoming part of His plan. The problem is that all non-Christians, and
many Christians try to satisfy this desire for self-worth through the flesh,
through wordly accomplishments. If you listen to many people who have fame and
money, or if you look at their lives, it is easy to see that earthly affairs do
not bring a sense of self-worth. So, get into God's Word and find out who you
really are and then begin speaking, acting and believing you are what God says
you are!

Calling the Answers In
Most people when they pray or communicate with God, all they do is talk about their problems and they never call into being, the answers; they call in the problems instead. They have never learned or been taught to speak the answer; or come into agreement with God concerning the answer He has already provided for them. By speaking only the problems, they call them in without realizing what they are doing. Here is how to call in the answers! 1 Peter 5:7 tells us to "cast all our care upon Him; for He careth for you." He goes on to say, "I believed, and therefore have I spoken, we also believe, and therefore speak (2 Cor. 4:13). Then in Acts it says, "And when they had prayed (or talked to God), the place was shaken where they were assembled together, and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost and they spoke the Word of God with boldness." When we pray or talk to God, speaking His Word, something happens to you and everything around you; that effects your life or the lives of those you are praying about. And because you are speaking God's Word, or we could say, standing in agreement with God and what He has said, things take place in the spiritual and the natural realm that otherwise would never happen. Things change and line up with the Word of God. (Acts 4:31). Jesus told us that if we could believe God's Word or the Bible, and speak it out of our mouth; because you believe it, the heart (faith) will cause the mouth to speak what you believe, then all things are possible to us who believe (Mark 9:23). Why? The Word of God tells us that our faith never rises above its confession, "for the fruit of your words you will be satisfied with good, or receive our answers. (Prov. 12:14 AMP). So how do we get our answers? By coming into agreement with God! When we are in agreement with God and believe in our hearts, we arm ourselves with God's Word and come boldly into the throne of Grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find the help from God in our time of need. (Heb. 4:16). Remember, faith (believing) opens the door to God's promises for you; but it is patience that keeps that door open until those promises are fulfilled. (Heb. 10:35,36). God's Word never goes out and returns void, but it always brings back the answer with it. When we know this, our prayer life changes to the place where we do not speak the problems any longer, but we speak the answers.

Does Christ Live In You?
The Bible clearly tells us, "I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I, but Christ liveth in me, and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me." (v. 20). In the Greek. The phrase "I am crucified" reads, "I have been crucified". The Greek verb tense here indicates that this is a past work, which has already been completed. You and I are not in the state of being crucified, nor are we in a perpetual state of crucifixion. Like Christ, we were crucified once for all time the moment we identified ourselves with his crucifixion and were born again of the Spirit of God. We died on the cross with our Lord. We were buried with him in death. We were resurrected and were born again of the Spirit of God. We died on the cross with our Lord. We were buried with him in death. we were resurrected with him to newness of life. We ascended with him and now we are seated with Him in heavenly places. (Eph. 2:5-6). Aren't you glad that Jesus is not still on the cross? Neither are you and I. We have become brand new creatures: "Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature, old things are passed away, behold, all things have become new" (II Cor. 5:17). "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me (us) free from the law of sin and death" Romans 8:2). The expression (yet not I) is found in the original Greek version of Galatians 2:20. So this scripture could better be translated like this, "I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me..." Paul is saying here that the law killed him. What happens when a person dies? When someone dies, he is not annihilated. Death is never annihilation. Physical death is the separation of the inward man from the outward man. The inward man, the real man goes on either to be with the Lord in heaven or to be with the Devil in hell - one of the two. The outward shell of the person remains here on the earth with nothing in it. That's what happened when you and I were born again. Our nature inside of us who used to belong to Satan, moved out, and the Spirit of Jesus Christ came to live in our physical body. Now that body didn't change any in our outward appearance. It wasn't the outward man that changed; it was the inward man who was born again. So it is not so much our "Old Spiritual Man" we have to contend with now that we are new creatures in Christ Jesus. It's the flesh that gives us so much trouble, and the evil one who is at large out there. But that is really no problem because greater is He that lives in us than he that lives in the world (I John 4:4). Therefore we can still overcome him by the blood of Jesus and the Word of our confession (Rev. 12:11). "...And the life which I now live after the new birth, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me." This translation brings out better the twofold theme of the whole book of Galatians: Salvation by faith, spirituality by faith. Paul stresses the fact that he was dead, crucified with Christ, the resurrected - born again - by faith, and that the life he now lives - after that salvation experience - is also lived by faith. The life he lives in this fleshly body is not of the law, it's full of grace. Our salvation was a free gift from God. WE didn't deserve it; we couldn't earn it. All we did to receive it was accept it by faith. In the same way, our spiritual life after salvation is by grace, we can never deserve or earn it by our own efforts. It too is a gift of God received by faith. Some people think they move God by their faith. That's not so! God has already moved by His grace; all we do is accept by our faith what God has already done. I like to think of it this way. Grace is God reaching out toward us, and faith is us reaching out toward God, But God reaches out first, and we reach out second. Our faith does not cause God to move, His grace causes our faith to move. We were saved because God responded to our faith and saved us. Redemption has been completed ever since Jesus Christ rose from the grave. The work is finished. God's part is done. That was grace, now our part is accepting that which has already been done for us. That's faith! so faith does not move God into action. Faith is our action in response to God's, what God has already done. Grace always precedes faith. So now we must learn to allow Christ to live His life through us!
Scripture for the week: Galatians 2:20
"I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me."

I have put two lessons on this week because I was gone last week. Enjoy!
Walking In The Realm of God
In First Corinthians 1:9 we are told that "God is faithful, by whom you were called unto the fellowship of His Son Jesus Christ our Lord." As we enter into the realm of true fellowship with God, our prayers have power that other's prayers don't have because because t they do not have that fellowship with God. We have the faith that fellowships with God, which alone produces this. But we can never have more faith than we have of true humility. Peter tells us to "humble your selves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you." (1 Peter 5:6). As we remain humble before God, honoring Him with our mouth and walk; giving Him all the glory, He exalts us and honors us and this allows His power to flow through us and touch others and bring answers from His kingdom into the area of the world to meet the needs that are there. God has told us in 2 Corinthians 5:7 that "it is by faith that we live, not by what we can actually see." Faith has nothing to do with what we see in the natural, it has to do with what we see in the Spiritual ream, or in His Word. The Bible tells us that earthly things are subject to change, but God's Word never changes. Therefore, we can call those things out of the spiritual realm into our realm and they have to change and line up with God's Word. God will turn them around for our good. So as we go to prayer before His throne, in His very presence, humbly seeking His face and His answers, He, Almighty God brings these things to pass. At times we forget that "with men it is impossible, but not with God, for with God all things are possible" (Mark 10:27). Man usually sees only the impossible with his natural eyes, but with his spiritual eyes he sees as God sees. As we fellowship with God, we see that with Him it is not impossible. That it is possible with God. We believe what God has said and "all things become possible to us, because we believe." Some one once said, "the income of God's Word is the outcome of a changed life. Psalm 119: 130 tells us that. "The entrance of Thy Words giveth light, it gives understanding unto the simple." In other words, we see the truth in God's Word, it opens our eyes and we call those things as if they were and God brings them to pass, or brings us His answer. It changes our life! In fellowship with God, we grow in faith and faith is the active power of God which draws the thin line between success and failure. God will make you successful and you will not fail. Have true fellowship with God around His Word everyday and become the overcomer He has made you to be.
Keeping Your Eyes On The Answer
Why is it most people when they pray or communicate with God, all they do is talk about their problems. Problems, problems, problems. The devil did this, or the devil is doing that. Why aren't they praying the answer they want? Maybe they have never learned or have been taught to speak the answer; or come into agreement with God concerning the answer He has already provided for them. 1 Peter 5:7 tells us to "cast all our care upon Him; for He careth for you." He goes on to say, "I believed, and therefore have I spoken, we also believe, and therefore speak (2 Cor. 4:13). Then in Acts it says, "And when they had prayed (or talked to God), the place was shaken where they were assembled together, and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost and they spoke the Word of God with boldness." When we pray or talk to God, speaking His Word, something is happening to you and everything around you that effects your life or the lives of those you are praying about. And because you are speaking God's Word, or we could say, standing in agreement with God and what He has said, things take place in the natural realm that otherwise would never happen. (Acts 4:31). Jesus told us that if we could believe God's Word or the Bible, and speak it out of our mouth; because if you believe it, it is in your heart and the heart will cause the mouth to speak what you believe, then all things are possible to us who believe (Mark 9:23). Why? The Word of God tells us that our faith never rises above our confession, "for the fruit of your words you will be satisfied with good, or receive our answers. (Prov. 12:14 AMP). So how do we get our answers? By coming into agreement with God! When we are in agreement with God and believe in our hearts, we arm ourselves with God's Word and come boldly into the throne room of Grace, remind God of His Word, that we may obtain mercy, and find the help from God in our time of need. (Heb. 4:16). Remember, faith (believing) opens the door to God's promises for you; but it is patience that keeps that door open until those promises are fulfilled. (Heb. 10:35,36). Therefore, stand on God's Word until the answer fully comes. God's Word never goes out and returns void, but it always brings back the answer with it. When we know this, our prayer life changes to the place where we do not speak the problems any longer, but we speak the answers; and because we speak the answer, we receive those things God's Word says we have.

God Always Brings The Victory
Proverbs 3:5 Tells us to trust in the Lord with all our heart. Notice it says "All our Heart", or "Spirit", the real us. This is the key to real victory! We are never to rely on what we think we know. We may have some wisdom and knowledge but it is nothing compared to God's. God is the only one who knows what tomorrow holds and how to walk in victory regardless of what that might be. The hour we are living in is a hour when we must depend more on God then at any time in human history. It seems like there are so many lies going around, and we do not know who or what to believe. The whole world is walking in confusion and they do not know just what to do. But with God, we can know because He never lies! He never changes. He is always the same and He is all wisdom and knowledge; and He is more than happy to give that to us, if we ask him; so we can walk in the victories He has for us. The Holy Spirit knows everything about tomorrow and He is our teacher and guide. Really, when we put all our trust in God, we become much wiser, more knowledgeable, more powerful and we can walk in victory because we know what is going on and how to be the victors; because the Bible tells us how. Now that is powerful! While others many be walking around in doubt, fear and lack of peace, we can walk in full victory and have perfect peace and no fear. It is awesome! We know that Jesus has spoiled principalities and powers. In other words, the devil, demons and people who follow him are already defeated; and we are the winners. Isn't it great knowing we have already won? Knowing that no sickness or diseases can enter our bodies! That every weapon that is formed against, is already defeated and cannot hurt us! When we know God's Word and we put all our trust in Him, He becomes our provider, our defender, our protector, or healer and everything else. While the world worries about sicknesses, wars, lack of this and lack of that, we just walk in victory because we have put all our trust in God. We cannot lose! The devil cannot hurt us in any way, shape or form. We can do all things through Christ Jesus. Jesus paid the full price needed for us to walk in this victory and to be the winners! Plus, He is right there helping us every step of the way. All we have to do is trust God. Trust Jesus! Trust the Holy Ghost! Who or what can stand against us? Nothing! If they cannot stand against God, how can they stand against us? They can't!! We have been given this victory by God, Jesus and the Holy Ghost. We find all this in our Bibles. When we ask Jesus to be our Lord and live His life in us, we instantly become all He is and He fights our battles for us. Yes, we need to trust the Lord with all our heart. When we do, we become victors!

Promises For The Last Days
There three wonderful promises that will help you more than ever during these,
the Last Days. I would say them over and over until they got into your heart, as
we are in those Last Days now. "The Lord has promise not to pour out
His wrath on us!" This means He will remove the church, that's us, before
He pours out His wrath on those that are left behind. Even though things look
bad and seem bad not only will He provide for us, He will protect us and then
remove us to heaven to be with Him before He pours out His Wrath on the world
below. That is a promise worth knowing! Second "the Lord will guide you
always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen
your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden. like a spring whose waters
never fail" (Isa. 58:11 NIV). Isn't this a great comfort? God will always
guide us, satisfy our needs, even during the great drought, and He will
strengthen us and we shall be like a well water garden. Do you know that we are
God's garden? And He watches over His garden and causes a harvest to always
come. Even when the people who do not know have nothing, God will supply
for us and we will never run out of His blessings. Here is the next verse you
need to know: "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you
and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. The Living Translation
says, They are plans for good and not for disaster". And the Message Bible
says, "I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out; plans to take care
of you, not abandon you. plans to give you the future you hope for"
(Jeremiah 29:11). God has promised us in His Word, that He has great plans for
each one of us. He has everything planned out, and He desires to take care of
us. The problem however, is that as humans, we desire to make our own plans
rather than let God make them for us. God is standing by, ready and willing to
direct our lives, but we must give Him permission to do that. How grieved our
Heavenly Father must be sometimes when we are going down the wrong path, and He
so desires to get us back on the right one. God's plan is like a slow-cooker
rather than a microwave. The path that He desires for us may seem like the long
way around. But that path molds us, softens us, and makes us what He desires us
to be. If I place a roast in the microwave, let it quickly cook the meat is
usually tough and hard to chew. However, if I place it in a slow-cooker and
leave it in there most of the day, the results will be a flavorful, tender piece
of meat, well seasoned. That's how it is with our lives. God takes us down
a path that will cause us to be much more tender and flavorful; if only we will
follow His plans than try to take a short-cut. When we see this and understand
it, we quickly see that God's plans and promises for us, are for our good, for
the best, and He never adds bad in it. The devil might, but God will only turn
it back around and make good out of it. When we surrendered to His will, His
plans and we walk in the promises He has for us, it makes our life so much more
wonderful than our own plans which come without the promises of God. Remember
that in these Last Days, our God is still the same as He never changes. He is
always there and He will do all He has promised us to do. Isn't that good to
know! So put it in your heart and when you need it, it will always be there and
God will move powerfully on your behalf. Remember also, before God pours out His
wrath on this earth, and that will be soon now; He will remove us to the safety
of heaven to be with Him.

Our Spiritual Mind
How do we create a spiritual mind? God's Word say we have the mind of Christ Jesus and then it tells us to put this mind on. How? Well Paul tells us to “Cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ” (2 Cor. 10:5). Paul also tells us what things we should think on. “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of a good report, if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” When we look at these two different scripture verses, we quickly learn what we are to do with wrong thoughts, what wrong thoughts are, and what we should think on. Bad or negative thoughts are like birds, you cannot keep them from flying around your head, but you can keep them from building a nest in your hair, or head. Just because someone speaks bad things around us, or we hear bad things, does not mean we have to receive them. God tells us to cast them down! Even in school or out to play, there are those who do not know God or His Word and they do not always have good ideas or speak what God says we should speak; but we do not have to receive it. We can cast it down. Once we have cast it down, we should fill our mind, our thought life, or meditation with God’s Word. God says, think on these things. When we do that, we sow good seed into the kingdom and our harvest is always good. When we allow the bad things to stay in our mind, it is not long and we begin to do them. But, if we cast them down and don’t think on them, but instead think on God’s Word, then we reap great things from God. I’ve noticed in public schools, the words and thoughts, that go around like birds there, are not good at all; and it is not long before we see someone playing out the very things they have been saying. It is so sad! The teachers do this, the office help does it, the school children do it. Whenever we find ourselves around people like this, we must cast down every word that does not line up with God’s Word. It is easy to think what God wants us to think when we are with those who love God, or when we are reading His Word, but we must learn to cast down whatever is not of Him when others are speaking wrongfully or when we are not alone. Many times the devil will send lying thoughts or imaginations our way, but we just cast them down as well. By doing this, we are filling our minds with God’s Word every moment of the day regardless where we are or what we may be doing. As we do that, God opens doors of blessings, doors of prosperity, doors of love and joy. We allow God to move on our behalf. Cast down anything that is not of God, and fill your mind with God’s Word and His promises and watch as the blessings of God over take you. Learn to obey the Word of God and walk in the victory that He has already given to you.

The Faith of God
Now real Faith is built on the Word and nothing else! It is untarnished by Sense Knowledge. That means, we have not mixed sense knowledge in with it. It's as unconscious of itself as is the faith of a little child in its mother's arms. The child never says, "Now Mother, I believe your word. I know that If I ask you for a piece of bread you will give it to me." If a child said such things it would frighten the mother. She would wonder what had happened to her child. All the child had to do was ask, not give a long drown out prayer request telling His mother why she should do it. Just ask and believe. The same is true when asking of our Father. We find the Word we desire or need. Then meditate in it. We think deeply on it. We feed upon it. The Word becomes a real part of ourselves; this Word of Faith builds into us confidence and assurance. Then we ask and it comes to pass. Sense Knowledge will fight every step of the way to hold us in the realm of things seen, felt, and heard. But, as we persistently drive ourselves into the Word until the Word is a part of our being, that Word is real, it comes alive. Therefore it can live in us as part of us and our mouth speaks it because we believe it. Hebrews 10:38, "My Righteous one shall live by grace. We are called the Righteousness of God, but we have also become the sons and daughters of God. The climax of the Revelation that God gave to Paul, recorded in Romans 8:14-17 states this clearly. "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God. For ye received not the spirit of bondage again unto fear; but you received the spirit of adaptation, whereby we cry, Abba Father. The Spirit Himself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God; and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ." This is sonship with all its glorious privileges. Paul does not stop there. These sons and daughters are partakers not only of God's nature, but of God Himself in the person of the Holy Spirit. Romans 8:11 "But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwelleth in you, He that raised up Christ Jesus from the dead shall give Life also to your mortal bodies through His Spirit that dwelleth in you." 1 Corinthians 6:19, "Know ye not that your bodies are the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you?" This all comes to the believer by faith. There is no sense knowledge faith required. You do not need to have any feelings to prove that you are Born Again. All that is necessary is the Word of God. Faith in your faith is the law of success in the realm of the Spirit. You live in the Word and the Word lives in you. The Word is a living thing. When you let it loose in you, it is letting God loose in you. When you dare to act the on the Word and speak the Word; God will be in the words that you speak and His Word never returns void. As the Word gains the ascendancy, there will be an unconscious faith in your own ability to trust Him and speak His Word. You will trust Him utterly, you will go the limit of His Word without even thinking twice. We don't stop and wonder, "Do I have the faith to do this?", we just do it because we believe it, and it works. After awhile we suddenly realize that the gift of faith given to everyone, is in us and we have been building that faith by reading the Word out loud. The more we read, the more we believe and when we believe we act on what we believe and it works. We don't stop and wonder if we have faith, we just act on what we believe, confess it with our mouth and God does the rest. This is what we call "Real Faith, the God kind of faith"!

His Promise To Us For These Last Days
There two wonderful promises that will help you more than ever during these, the Last Days. I would say them over and over until they got into your heart, as we are in those Last Days now. "The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden. like a spring whose waters never fail" (Isa. 58:11 NIV). Isn't this a great comfort? God will always guide us, satisfy our needs, even during the great drought, and He will strengthen us and we shall be like a well water garden. Do you know that we are God's garden? And He watches over His garden and causes a harvest to always come. Here is the next verse you need to know: "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. God's plan is like a slow-cooker rather than a microwave. Remember that in these Last Days, our God is still the same as He never changes. In the Book of James, James tells us to draw close to God, and He will draw closer to us! Now you cannot beat that deal. Every inch closer to God we get, He gets a inch closer to us. Instead of one inch, that makes two inches. Wow! If we will submit ourselves therefore unto God, we can resist the devil and he will flee from us (James 4:7). Now that means more power delegated to us from God. Enough power that the devil will flee from us! Usually, Christians are running from the devil. They tell everyone what he is doing to them all week long. Yet, God's Word tell us that it should be just the opposite. When Jesus died and went to Hell in our place, He paid the total price for our sins, defeated the devil. Plucked out his teeth and made him just a roaring lion with no teeth. A Pussy cat with a big mouth; but no teeth or claws! He took away the keys to hell, and death and made a show of the devil openly so all could see. The devil does not even have a key to his own hose, that's how defeated he is. Then Jesus gave unto us, all power and authority. We are the overcomers! The devil has to flee from us! Once we come closer to God, we know who we are in Christ Jesus, and we do not need to run away anymore; instead, we run to the battles. We take our authority and we chase the devil and all his demons off and they flee! It is time for the Joshua generation to rise up and take their places in the family of God. We are the head and not the tail, we are above not underneath. But if we do not know who we are, how can we ever rise up and be all God has said we can be in His Word? It is time for us to get into the Word of God like never before! It is time we take our place as heirs to God's throne. We are joint heirs with Jesus. That means we can do all He did because He lives in us, empowers us and lives His life through us. We are not cast-a-ways! That's a lie from the devil! The devil has made Christians afraid of him and his so-called-power which he does not have. He is a powerless, a defeated foe. Do you know who you are in Jesus? Have you ever read in God's Word to know who you are? God is not a man that He can lie! His Word never goes out and returns void but it always does what it has been sent to do. Jesus made you the victor and He is not only in you, but He stands behind you to fulfill all He said you could do. No wonder the Bible tells that the greater one lives in us. Greater is He that is in you, then he that is in the world. The devil and his demons are in the world; Jesus is in us. The Bible asks us this question. If God is for you, who can stand against you? The answer; Nobody! Therefore, draw close to God and He will draw closer to you!

We've Already Won !
Some times the news on TV, radio, the computer, school, or the things we hear causes us to fear. Fear is not of God. He has not given us a spirit of fear. He has given us a sound mind, and peace. What we need to realize is, that we are living in the Last Days and the Bible says certain things must come to pass. BUT, if we read His book, the Bible, we find out that we have already won. We find out that God has promised not to pour out His wrath on His children, and that we will be the victors! When we get to the place where God pours out His wrath, we will already be gone. That's Right! Before His wrath is poured out, He has promised to remove the Church, that's us. Those who go through that awful time, are those who refuse to receive Jesus Christ as Lord of their lives. They make the choice to stay and suffer the penalty for not receiving Jesus as Lord. God made this gift free to whosoever will. If we received Jesus Christ as our Lord, we do not go through that awful time. Plus, He has promised to take us before that ever happens. During this time we are now living in, He will protect us, feed us, heal us, provide for us and care for us and even fight for us. We are not of this world He tells us, we are of His kingdom and He is our Lord and King; and He is going to take us to heaven to be with Him as His family. Now, the world, not us, will go through this time without His help, or protection. They will suffer some through the birth pains, which are mild compared to what is coming, but they can repent anytime they desire and get saved. They could be supplied for just like us if they would only receive Jesus as Lord. They could be protected by God if they would receive Jesus as Lord. But because they do not, they go through what the Bible calls "Birth Pains, Wrath". Everyone knows that is not fun and it can be very dangerous at times. Plus, the closer they get to the wrath of God, the harder the birth pains become. But for us, we do not go through this! We may be here for the first 3 1/2 years, but God does not allow this time to be a hard time if we are believing Him and trusting in Him. We go through this victoriously! God will be with us every step of the way. He has promised us that when we call out to Him, He will answer us. He even answers before we ask! His love will strengthen us. Now that does not mean we will not feel some of this, but we still go through that part of it victoriously! If God is for us, who can stand against us? So remember, we win! We're not going to win, we have already won!

Trusting God Brings Victory
Proverbs 3:5 Tells us to trust in the Lord with all our heart. Notice it says "All our Heart", or "Spirit", the real us. We are never to rely on what we think we know. We may have some wisdom and knowledge but it is nothing compared to God's. God is the only one who knows what tomorrow holds and how to walk in victory regardless of what that might be. Were living in a hour when we must depend more on God then at any time in human history. It seems like there are so many lies going around, we do not know who or what to believe. The whole world is walking in confusion and they do not know just what to do. But with God, we can know because He never lies! He never changes. He is always the same and He has all wisdom and knowledge; and He is more than happy to give that to us, so we can walk in the victories He has for us. The Holy Spirit knows everything about tomorrow and He is our teacher and guide. Really, when we put all our trust in God, we become much wiser, more knowledgeable, more powerful and we can walk in the victory because we know what is going on and how to be the victors because the Bible tells us how.

God's Promises
There are two wonderful promises that have helped me more than ever during these, the Last Days. "The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden. like a spring whose waters never fail" (Isa. 58:11 NIV). I also remember my Pastor always telling me what God said in Jeremiah. "For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. The Living Translation says, They are plans for good and not for disaster". And the Message Bible says, "I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out-plans to take care of you, not abandon you. plans to give you the future you hope for" (Jeremiah 29:11). God has promised us in His Word, that He has great plans for each one of us. He has everything planned out, and He desires to take care of us. The problem however, is that as humans, we desire to make our own plans rather than let God make them for us. God is standing by, ready and willing to direct our lives, but we must give Him permission to do that. If we choose however, to run our own lives, we open the door to all kinds of troubles. How grieved our Heavenly Father must be sometimes when we are going down the wrong path, and He so desires to get us back on the right one. God's plan is like a slow-cooker rather than a microwave. The path that He desires for us may seem like the long way around. But that path molds us, softens us up, and makes us what He desires us to be. If I place a roast in the microwave, let it quickly cook the meat is usually tough and hard to chew. However, if I place it in a slow-cooker and leave it in there most of the day, the results will be a flavorful, tender piece of meat. Now there is a big difference between a tough, unfavorable piece of meat, and a nice tender wonderful tasting one. That's how it is with our lives. God takes us down a path that will cause us to be much more tender and flavorful; loving, kind, peaceful, and usable, if only we will follow His plans than try to take a short-cut. When we see this and understand it, we quickly see that God's plans and promises for us, are for our good, for the best, and He never adds bad in it, they always bring all the good things we desire and want and we help others to reach their highest goals, all because we went God's way. The devil might try to do us hard and hurt, but God will only turn it back around and make good out of it. When we surrendered to His will, His plans and we walk in the promises He has for us. It makes our life so much more wonderful than our own plans which come without the promises of God. So please do it God's way and enjoy all the blessings that will suddenly come to you!

We need to always keep the thought fresh in our mind: "We've Already Won!" Some times the news we hear on TV or the things we hear people say causes us to fear. Fear is not of God. He has not given us a spirit of fear. He has given us a sound mind, and peace. What we need to realize is, that we are living in the Last Days and the Bible says certain things shall come to pass. BUT, if we read His book, the Bible, we find out that we win. That's right! We have already won. We find out that God has promised not to pour out His wrath on His children. That's us! Before His wrath is poured out, He has promised to remove the Church. Those who go through that awful time, are those who refuse to receive Jesus Christ as Lord of their lives. They make the choice to stay and suffer the penalty for not receiving Jesus as Lord. But if you have received Jesus Christ as your Lord, you do not go through that awful time. Plus, He has promised to take us through this time we are now living in, in great victory! He will protect us, feed us, heal us, provide for us and care for us. We are not of this world He tells us, we are of His kingdom and He is our Lord and King. Now, the world, not us, will go through this time without His help, or protection. They will suffer some through the birth pains, but they can repent anytime they desire and get saved. They could be supplied for just like us if they would only receive Jesus as Lord. They could be protected by God if they would receive Jesus as Lord. But because they do not, they go through what the Bible calls "Birth Pains." Everyone knows that is not fun and it can be very dangerous at times. Plus, the closer they get to the wrath of God, the harder the birth pains become. But for us, we do not go through this! We are here for it, but God does not allow this time to be a hard time if we are believing Him and trusting in Him. We go through this victoriously! God will be with us every step of the way. He has promised us that when we call out to Him, He will answer us. He even answers before we ask! His love will strengthen us. Now that does not mean we will not feel some of this, but that we will go through it victoriously! If God is for us, who can stand against us? So remember, we win!
