February 21, 2015 - 07:52 AM If you consider the broadest definition of Christianity, not all of the approximately 2.1 billion Christians anticipate the arrival of Jesus Christ as Messiah. The Catholic Church, as well as some Orthodox groups, does not emphasize the return of Jesus Christ. They do not look forward to a return of Christ and feel one must spend time in purgatory paying for their sins; after which they shall be allowed to go to heaven. What a lie!
